Qualifications

• Bachelor-level or professional qualification in estimating or surveying preferred.
• Experience leading and developing teams on construction projects.
• Familiarity with tendering methods (two-stage, single-stage, negotiated).

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the estimating team to meet business objectives and targets.
• Oversee preparation of detailed bids, ensuring accuracy and competitiveness.
• Develop bid programmes, chair tender progress meetings, communicate updates.
• Analyse risks and opportunities with commercial and project teams.
• Review contract documentation and establish favourable tender positions.
• Manage tenders from conception to award and transition to delivery.
• Support new business development with key clients and partners.
