Job summary

Guidant Global is seeking a seasoned Building & Construction Project Manager to lead high-value site-based construction projects in Belfast. This client-side role requires ownership from feasibility through handover, in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

You'll ensure safe, efficient delivery to the highest standards, working with internal teams, external partners and senior stakeholders throughout the lifecycle. Strong PM, leadership and safety knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

Proven project management experience within the building and construction sector.
Strong understanding of the full construction lifecycle and processes.
Experience with health & safety practices in construction projects.
Ability to translate client briefs into clear construction requirements and scopes of work.
Strong communication skills to engage stakeholders at all levels.
Proactive, organized leadership of multi-disciplinary teams.
Experience using MS Project and Google Workspace (GSuite).

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of construction projects from feasibility to handover.
Develop and manage project delivery plans, CAPEX business cases and risk registers.
Provide clear leadership to multi-disciplinary project teams and stakeholders.
Manage budgets, control expenditure, and allocate resources effectively.
Ensure project documentation is accurate and compliant.
Maintain high health & safety standards across all activities.
Identify and mitigate risks, escalating issues when required.
Foster positive working relationships with internal and external partners.
