VANRATH seeks an Estimator-Specialist Joinery in Dungannon, Northern Ireland to prepare cost estimates and tender submissions for bespoke joinery packages on high-profile projects. You will analyse drawings and specifications and collaborate with design and project teams to support pre-construction activities and risk management.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of surveying experience in construction
• Degree in Surveying or related field
• Knowledge of NEC/JCT/FIDIC contract forms

Responsabilités

• Prepare accurate cost estimates, budgets, and tender submissions for bespoke joinery packages
• Analyse drawings, specifications, and project documentation to support cost planning
• Obtain and evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors
• Collaborate with design and project teams for handovers and pre-construction support
• Identify and mitigate risks and opportunities during tender process
