Based in Belfast, you will engage with clients, project teams and suppliers, price BOQs, organise tenders, and lead tender adjudication to maximise winning opportunities on typical £10m–£50m projects.

Qualifikationen

• Honours degree or equivalent in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying or related discipline.
• HND/HNC in a similar discipline with proven estimating track record.
• 5+ years' experience in civil engineering estimating; UK/ROI exposure.
• Proficient in Estimating Software (Conquest/Candy).
• Strong numerical, data analysis and communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate with bid management team to develop a schedule of key dates for estimates.
• Examine tender documentation for completeness and review contract conditions.
• Prepare and issue enquiry documents to providers of materials and sub-contractors.
