Voy is seeking a Medical Laboratory Assistant to strengthen the diagnostic chain with patient-centred excellence. You will ensure high-quality pre-analytical processes, validate samples, and maintain data integrity in the LIMS.

You will develop from sample preparation toward operating cutting-edge lab equipment. A proactive, detail-oriented mindset and teamwork are essential in this fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented with a patient-centered mindset
• Able to manage high-volume, fast-paced workloads
• Strong organizational skills and proficiency with lab IT systems

Responsabilités

• Own the pre-analytical phase by validating specimen labelling, viability, and overall sample integrity
• Input and coordinate high-volume intake of samples to ensure a steady flow to the analytical team
• Execute daily maintenance and checks on pre-analytical equipment with logs and records
• Enable procurement, stock rotation, and stewardship of reagents and consumables
• Input and verify patient data in the LIMS with high accuracy
• Oversee safe disposal of clinical waste and adhere to COSHH standards
• Identify and resolve pre-analytical discrepancies by communicating with senior staff
• Participate in internal audits and Lean Lab initiatives to refine SOPs
