Voy, one of the UK's fastest-growing digital health companies, seeks a Lab Associate Practitioner to join the lab operations team. You will process samples and deliver accurate test results alongside Biomedical Scientists, medical staff, and laboratory personnel, following SOPs and high clinical standards.

You will operate key equipment, maintain a clean work environment, and support QA, IQC, and data entry in LIMS.

Competenze

• Experience in a laboratory environment following SOPs and quality frameworks.
• Comfort with handling biological samples and using LIMS.
• Strong attention to detail and data recording.
• Knowledge of COSHH and lab safety policies.
• Good communication and teamwork.

Mansioni

• Assist in development and verification of tests.
• Receive and prepare samples for analysis.
• Operate automated and semi-automated analysers.
• Conduct routine tests following SOPs.
• Perform IQC checks and participate in EQA schemes.
• Record data in LIMS and report issues.
• Maintain clean, safe lab workspace.
• Collaborate with scientists and staff to ensure throughput.
