Job Purpose

To be the “ambassador” who conveys the Brand’s philosophy and values. Responsible for maximizing sales performance by fostering customer relationships and developing brand loyalty, providing a unique in-store experience, and guiding clients into our world.

Responsibilities
  • Welcome and serve customers, providing an excellent in-store experience at all times.
  • Maintain and develop client relationships through an individual approach, leveraging CRM and digital tools.
  • Engage proactively in cross-selling with all departments and maximize sales opportunities to achieve individual sales targets and KPIs.
  • Stay updated on fashion trends and competitors.
  • Demonstrate brand and product knowledge.
  • Handle customer complaints effectively, liaising with the line manager when necessary.
  • Ensure the shop floor and visual displays meet high standards, complying with operational guidelines and stock procedures.
  • Contribute to high security standards and be attentive to prevent product thefts.
Knowledge and Skills

Experience in a similar luxury womens ready-to-wear role.

Passion for human relations and sales.

Problem-solving skills, curiosity, and interest in luxury/fashion, art, and design.

Experience in building long-lasting client relationships.

Ability to work independently and in a team.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Passion and knowledge of the product category.
