Job summary

Pets at Home is implementing Darwin, a brand-new Practice Management System across 350+ veterinary practices. The Practice Readiness Lead will own the end-to-end readiness journey, guiding practices toward a successful go-live and coordinating across Practices, BDPs, Regional Directors and project teams.

This hybrid role sits at the heart of a major transformation programme, requiring exceptional organisation, stakeholder management and the ability to manage multiple priorities with confidence.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating large projects, operational activity or business change initiatives.
• Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
• Proactive problem-solver with ability to identify risks early.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end readiness journey for Darwin deployment across 350+ remaining Practices.
• Provide guidance, monitor progress, identify risks and coordinate interventions.
• Track readiness progress across multiple Practices and escalate concerns as needed.
• Support communications and stakeholder updates through team calls and forums.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of readiness processes and materials.
