Job summary

Pets at Home Limited seeks an Education Implementation Advisor to lead the rollout, adoption and evaluation of pet education programmes across Handforth and wider operations on a hybrid basis. You will design, deliver and measure learning solutions, coaching trainers and ensuring knowledge transfer that improves colleague performance and pet welfare.

Qualifications

• Education-focused qualifications required: animal/welfare (Level 3+), adult education/ Level 3+ or CIPD, and C‑SQP/RQP registration.
• Strong background in learning and development, capability building and programme management.
• Understanding of adult learning principles and learning evaluation methods.
• Experience with needs analysis, capability assessment and framework design.
• Experience delivering learning at scale and measuring impact.

Responsibilities

• Identify capability gaps through data and stakeholder engagement.
• Design and implement capability frameworks and learning pathways.
• Partner with Retail, Veterinary, People and Learning teams to align solutions with priorities.
• Facilitate workshops and train-the-trainer activities to scale programmes.
• Lead implementation of learning programmes, pilots and large-scale rollouts.
• Measure adoption, behavioural change and learning impact to drive improvements.
• Deliver SQP training, webinars, coaching and learner support.
• Build stakeholder relationships and promote learning culture aligned with Pets values.
