Job summary

Plymouth Veterinary Group in Plymouth is seeking a Lead Practice Administrator to join our team on a full-time permanent basis.

You will oversee non-clinical admin, reception and client communications, drive performance, manage debt recovery and insurance claims, and support practice compliance with RCVS standards.

Qualifications

• Experience with insurance claims processing and debt management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee non-clinical teams (admin, reception, client communication, banking, debt management, and facilities).
• Provide visible leadership to drive performance and continuous improvement.
• Lead PHC, FAB, Insurance intros and claims processing, and debt recovery.
• Conduct regular one-to-one meetings, appraisals and development planning.
• Ensure compliance with non-clinical protocols and RCVS standards.
