Qualifications

• Experience in a management role within healthcare, veterinary, or service-led environments.
• Strong leadership and people-management capability.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead non-clinical operations of the practice, working closely with clinical leadership to ensure efficient day-to-day running and outstanding client experiences.
• Oversee HR responsibilities, including payroll, recruitment, staff development, and absence management.
• Manage debt recovery processes and address client complaints professionally.
• Ensure high safety compliance, supporting the team with protocols and risk assessments.
