Job summary

Omnes Healthcare is seeking an enthusiastic Practice Nurse to join our established team in Camberwell. You will deliver assessment, screening, and treatment services within a GP practice, and provide patient advice on general health and minor ailments, referring to GPs when necessary.

You will support pathology processes, including specimen collection, storage, and dispatch, and assist with administrative duties to ensure smooth practice operations.

Qualifications

• Current NMC registration.
• Proven experience as a Practice Nurse within primary care.
• Experience in managing QOF or specialized care (e.g., Diabetes or long-term condition management) is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide assessment, screening, and treatment services to patients.

• Collect, store, and dispatch pathological specimens in line with practice protocols.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Practice Nurse to join our established team and make a real difference in patient care.

As a GP Practice Nurse, you will work within a GP practice delivering assessment, screening, and treatment services. You will provide advice to patients on general health and minor ailments, referring to GPs when necessary.

You will also support pathology processes, including the collection, storage, and dispatch of specimens, and assist with administrative and professional duties, ensuring smooth practice operations.

You will be part of a diverse, multi-skilled team of clinical and non-clinical colleagues, delivering high-quality, person-centred, and holistic care to patients registered with Omnes Healthcare practices.
