Job summary

Omnes Healthcare is seeking motivated General Practitioners to join our primary care teams serving patients across multiple sites in Boston, Lincolnshire. You will deliver patient-centred care, assess and manage a wide range of conditions, and work within a supportive multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality services.

You will hold Full GMC registration with a licence to practise and, ideally, a CCT in General Practice or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Full GMC registration with a licence to practise.
• CCT in General Practice (or equivalent / within 6 months of completion).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and clinical decision‑making skills.
• Commitment to high-quality, patient-centred care.
• Evidence of continuing professional development (CPD).

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality general medical services to registered patients.
• Manage acute and chronic conditions using evidence-based practice.
• Conduct face-to-face, telephone, and digital consultations.
• Prescribe safely and appropriately in line with clinical guidelines.
• Contribute to clinical governance, quality improvement, and patient safety.
• Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary primary care team.

We are seeking motivated and patient-focused General Practitioners to join our established primary care teams and play a key role in delivering high-quality, person-centred care.

You will work within a supportive multidisciplinary team, providing comprehensive primary care services, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and ongoing management of patients across all age groups.
