Job summary

Omnes Healthcare is recruiting an Advanced Nurse Practitioner to join our multidisciplinary team in Boston (Lincolnshire). You will provide comprehensive assessments, diagnose, treat and make clinical decisions to improve patient care across registered practices.

The role requires current NMC registration and Independent Prescribing, with strong Primary Care experience and a commitment to evidence-based, patient-centred care in a supportive, evolving organisation.

• Role: Advanced Nurse Practitioner
• Location: Boston (Lincolnshire)
• Full-time or part-time roles available

We are looking for motivated and compassionate Advanced Nurse Practitioners to join our established team and play a key role in an organisation dedicated to making a real difference to patient care.

As an Advanced Nurse Practitioner (ANP), you will work within a supportive multidisciplinary team of clinical and non-clinical colleagues, delivering high-quality, person-centred care to patients registered with Omnes Healthcare practices. The role involves comprehensive assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and clinical decision-making using a holistic and evidence-based approach.

Role Requirements

• Current NMC registration
• Independent Prescribing qualification
• Proven experience working within a Primary Care environment
• Strong commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centred care
• Adherence to the NMC Code of Professional Conduct and a clear understanding of the Scope of Professional Practice
• Ability to deliver evidence-based, clinically effective, and cost-effective care
• Willingness to participate in and provide clinical supervision
• Openness to contributing to practice-based research and service development, where appropriate
