A healthcare practice in Banbury is seeking a Practice Nurse to join their friendly team. Providing all aspects of nursing care, including chronic disease management, annual reviews, health education, health promotion, and wound care. Managing all vaccination programmes for adults and children.
Adhering to infection control policies.
Delivering care to vulnerable patients and helping to reduce health inequalities to improve care for all.
We are a small, 9,000-population town centre practice proud of our friendly, open atmosphere. We are an EMIS practice.
Our team includes 3 partner GPs, salaried GPs, 2 clinical nurse practitioners, 1 emergency care practitioner, 3 pharmacists, 1 physician associate, care coordinator, physiotherapist, social prescriber, and a young persons mental health worker. We are part of a PCN with two other practices but maintain our individuality. We offer a full range of GMS services. Training is available for aspects of the role that are unfamiliar to applicants.
