Qualifications
- Must be NMC registered.
- Experience in Practice Nursing preferred.
Responsibilities
- Chronic disease management reviews (Asthma/COPD, Diabetes, Hypertension, prevention of Cardiovascular disease)
- Cervical Screening and Contraception
- ECGs
- Health promotion and lifestyle advice
