Job summary

Qualifications

• Registered nurse with valid NMC pin.
• Experience in primary care or community settings preferred.
• Knowledge of women's health and chronic diseases is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient care by performing clinical assessments and procedures including cervical cytology.
• Assist in chronic disease management and promote preventative health.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop individualised care plans.
• Educate patients on health management, medications, and lifestyle changes.
• Ensure health and safety regulations are followed and participate in CPD.
