Beckington Family Practice is seeking a proactive Registered Nurse to join our growing team in a semi-rural setting south of Bath. The Practice Nurse will work three days weekly (Mon, Wed, Fri) delivering nursing assessments, chronic disease care and patient education in collaboration with GPs.

The role includes mentoring other nurses and HCAs, supports for training, and participation in governance. Active NMC registration essential.

Formación

• Active NMC registration required.
• Registered General Nurse qualification.
• Desirable: Diabetes knowledge or experience.

Responsabilidades

• Undertake nursing assessments and provide care in conjunction with GPs.
• Mentor other Practice Nurses and HCAs.
• Contribute to chronic disease management clinics.
• Perform venepuncture, ECGs, injections and wound care as required.
