Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with current NMC registration and valid professional registration.
• Recognised nursing qualification at Diploma level or above.
• Experience in primary care or community nursing is desirable.
• Active commitment to CPD and high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities

• Provide a broad range of clinical services including wound care, injections, and vaccinations.
• Perform cervical screening (cytology) and manage long-term conditions such as diabetes, asthma and COPD.
• Take and record vital signs, support inhaler technique and respiratory self-management.
• Undertake infection prevention and control in clinical areas and maintain clean, safe treatment spaces.
• Assist GPs with minor procedures and provide clinical advice within scope of practice.
• Review investigation results and escalate concerns per protocols.
• Deliver health promotion and immunisation programmes including travel vaccines.
