Job summary

Operose Health Ltd in Headley Drive is seeking a Practice Nurse to join our primary care team. This part-time role (15 hours) offers a salary up to £48,000 depending on experience.

You will work with the practice team to deliver care, support CQC outcomes, and manage chronic disease, immunisations, and cervical cytology. UK registered nurses with post-registration experience are encouraged to apply; the role includes ongoing CPD opportunities and benefits.

Qualifications

• UK registered nurse with significant post registration experience.
• Experience in cervical cytology and baby immunisations.
• Knowledge of the Quality and Outcomes Framework.

Responsibilities

• Assist the registered manager with duties related to CQC outcomes and maintain compliance.
• Collaborate with the general practice team to meet patients' needs and follow policy.
• Provide care for presenting patient, treatment, chronic disease management and evaluation of care.

Main Responsibilities:

• You will assist the registered manager with duties related to CQC outcomes, ensuring that compliance is maintained.
• As well as working collaboratively with the general practice team to meet the needs of the patients, ensuring practice policies and procedures are followed.
• Providing care for the presenting patient, treatment, chronic disease management and evaluation of care.

Ideal Candidate:

• UK registered nurse with significant post registration experience.
• Experience in cervical cytology and baby immunisations.
• Must have a good knowledge on quality outcomes framework.

Annual salary of up to £48,000 depending on qualifications and experience. 27 days annual leave plus bank holidays pro rata. 1 weeks paid CPD/study leave pro rata per year as well as in house CPD training sessions tailored to meet your needs.
