Job summary

Operose Health Ltd is recruiting a UK-based nurse to support the registered manager and the general practice team. The role focuses on delivering care, managing chronic conditions, and ensuring adherence to policies and procedures within a collaborative primary care environment.

The ideal candidate will have post-registration experience, cervical cytology exposure, and baby immunisations expertise, with a strong understanding of the Quality Outcomes Framework (QOF).

• Assist the registered manager with CQC-related duties to maintain compliance.
• Collaborate with the general practice team to meet patient needs and follow policies.
• Provide care for patients, including treatments, chronic disease management and care evaluation.

Main Responsibilities:

As a valued member of the Operose Health team, your key duties will include:

• You will assist the registered manager with duties related to CQC outcomes, ensuring that compliance is maintained.
• As well as working collaboratively with the general practice team to meet the needs of the patients, ensuring practice policies and procedures are followed.
• Providing care for the presenting patient, treatment, chronic disease management and evaluation of care.
