Job summary

Operose Health Ltd in London is seeking a Practice Nurse to join our primary care team at Headley Drive. You will support care delivery, chronic disease management and patient experience improvements within a scale-enabled GP service.

The ideal candidate is UK registered with significant post-registration experience, with experience in cervical cytology and baby immunisations, and a solid knowledge of the Quality Outcomes Framework.

Main Responsibilities

As a valued member of the Operose Health team, your key duties will include:

• You will assist the registered manager with duties related to CQC outcomes, ensuring that compliance is maintained. As well as working collaboratively with the general practice team to meet the needs of the patients, ensuring practice policies and procedures are followed.
• Providing care for the presenting patient, treatment, chronic disease management and evaluation of care.
