Operose Health Ltd is seeking a Lead Practice Nurse for Carpenters Practice. The 28.5‑hour weekly role focuses on delivering high‑quality primary care, improving access and outcomes, and supporting the registered manager with CQC compliance.

• UK registered nurse with significant post registration experience.
• Experience in cervical cytology and baby immunisations.
• Must have a good knowledge on quality outcomes framework.

Responsabilités

• As a valued member of the Operose Health team, your key duties will include: assisting the registered manager with duties related to CQC outcomes, ensuring that compliance is maintained.
• Working collaboratively with the general practice team to meet the needs of the patients, ensuring practice policies and procedures are followed.
• Providing care for the presenting patient, treatment, chronic disease management and evaluation of care.

Main Responsibilities:
