Operose Health Ltd is seeking a Practice Nurse for Park Surgery in Horsham. This permanent role is 21.5 hours per week, with a salary up to £48,000 depending on experience.

You will work with the general practice team to deliver high-quality primary care and improve patient access and outcomes. The ideal candidate is UK registered with post-registration experience, including cervical cytology and baby immunisations, and a good knowledge of the Quality Outcomes Framework.

Job description

Main Responsibilities:

• You will assist the registered manager with duties related to CQC outcomes, ensuring that compliance is maintained. As well as working collaboratively with the general practice team to meet the needs of the patients, ensuring practice policies and procedures are followed.
• Providing care for the presenting patient, treatment, chronic disease management and evaluation of care.

Ideal Candidate:

• UK registered nurse with significant post registration experience.
• Experience in cervical cytology and baby immunisations.
• Must have a good knowledge on quality outcomes framework.

Package Description:

• Annual salary of up to £48,000 depending on qualifications and experience.

Person Specification

Qualifications

• UK registered nurse with significant post-registration experience. Experience in cervical cytology and baby immunisations is required. A good understanding of the quality outcomes framework is necessary.
