Job summary

Operose Health is seeking a Practice Nurse at Oak Tree Health Centre in Didcot to join a proactive primary care team. You will support the registered manager with CQC compliance and delivery of patient care across acute and chronic conditions.

You will bring UK nursing registration, post-registration experience, and experience with cervical cytology and infant immunisations, plus knowledge of QOF to optimise patient outcomes within our nurse-led services.

Qualifications

• UK registered nurse with significant post-registration experience.
• Experience in cervical cytology and baby immunisations.
• Good knowledge of the Quality Outcomes Framework (QOF).

Responsibilities

• Assist the registered manager with CQC-related duties and ensure compliance.
• Provide care for presenting patients, including treatment and chronic disease management.

Hours: 34 hours (4 or 5 days)

Role Responsibility

As a valued member of the Operose Health team, your key duties will include:

• You will assist the registered manager with duties related to CQC outcomes, ensuring that compliance is maintained. As well as working collaboratively with the general practice team to meet the needs of the patients, ensuring practice policies and procedures are followed.
• Providing care for the presenting patient, treatment, chronic disease management and evaluation of care.
