Job summary

Operose Health Ltd is seeking a UK registered nurse with significant post registration experience to join our primary care team. You will provide high-quality nursing care and contribute to compliant, patient-centred services.

You will support cervical cytology and baby immunisations, help meet CQC outcomes, and work with the practice to follow policies. The package includes 27 days leave, NMC pin renewal costs, CPD leave, and wellbeing benefits.

Qualifications

• UK registered nurse with significant post registration experience.
• Experience in cervical cytology and baby immunisations.
• Must have a good knowledge on quality outcomes framework.

Responsibilities

• Assist the registered manager with duties related to CQC outcomes and ensure compliance.
• Collaborate with the general practice team to meet patient needs and follow practice policies and procedures.
• Provide care for presenting patients, manage treatment and chronic disease evaluation.

Job description

As a valued member of the Operose Health team, your key duties will include:

• You will assist the registered manager with duties related to CQC outcomes, ensuring that compliance is maintained. As well as working collaboratively with the general practice team to meet the needs of the patients, ensuring practice policies and procedures are followed.
• Providing care for the presenting patient, treatment, chronic disease management and evaluation of care.

• UK registered nurse with significant post registration experience.
• Experience in cervical cytology and baby immunisations.
• Must have a good knowledge on quality outcomes framework.
  Annual salary of up to £48,000 depending on qualifications and experience.
• 27 days annual leave plus bank holidays pro rata.
• Cost covered for all NMC pin renewals.
• 1 weeks paid CPD/study leave pro rata per year as well as in house CPD training sessions tailored to meet your needs.
