PortmanDentex is seeking an experienced Practice Manager to lead our two dental practices in Swadlincote and Burton-on-Trent. The role can be full time or part time, with hours between 26 and 40 per week, and an attractive hourly rate of £18.
You will manage teams, drive growth and ensure compliant, high-quality patient care. The successful candidate will oversee operations, finances (P&L, KPIs, budgets), and daily clinical facilities, working closely with the operations manager and business
Due to our wonderful Practice Manager moving into retirement following 20 years with the company, we are looking foran experienced people-focused dual or single site, Practice Manager. This role will be leading ourfriendly & experienced teams in our beautiful practices in Swadlincote (South Derbyshire) and / or Burton-on-Trent.
This role can be considered as either a full time or part time basis, so get in touch and let us know what works for you!
2 x part time (3 days per week) at either Beaufort Dental Practice, Burton-on-Trentor Hughes & Owen Dental Care, Swadlincote.
Or
1 x full time Monday - Friday, dual site role supporting both practices.
Beaufort Dental practice is a private, well equipped 3surgery practice offering implants, whitening, smile makeovers, facial aesthetics with free team parking on site.
Hughes & Owen Dental Care is a private 5 surgery practice offering a range of treatments including Invisalign, implants & whitening, with free team parking on site.
Please note that as part of your role, you’ll be the Registered Manager for this practice.
