Practice Manager Role Covering 2 Sites in Sutton Coldfield

Working Days: Initially advertised for 2 days a week – Tuesdays and Wednesdays
Potential to Increase: Up to 3 days depending on workload
Start Date: As soon as possible

Salary: £25ph - £30ph

Minimum Requirements: At least 3 years management experience

Working Hours:

• Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch break)
• Wednesday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch break)

Role Overview:

This is a new role, as I’ve been managing both practices myself for the past 10 years, covering HR, payroll, billing, patient complaints, and clinician management. As the practices grow, I am looking to delegate these responsibilities to an experienced Practice Manager so I can focus on broader business development.

Practice Overview:

The Practice Manager will oversee 2 sites, approximately 1–2 miles apart:

• A fully private, three-surgery practice
• A mixed NHS and private, two-surgery practice

Systems & Facilities:

• Both sites use Dentally, a multi-site software system
• Fully digital operations with iTero scanners (four scanners across both locations)
• Parking:
• One practice has on-site parking available
• The second practice has roadside parking (~5-minute walk)
• Both practices are within a 5-minute walk of local train stations

Additional Information:

• This role does not qualify for visa sponsorship
• This is the first time the Practice Manager role is being introduced at either practice
