Practice Manager - Competitive Salary - Birmingham, B1 1TT (Hybrid)
The Role
Are you an experienced operations professional with a knack for organisation and people management? Ready to take the lead in shaping the way a creative landscape architectural design studio runs and thrives?
We’re looking for a Practice Manager to join our team and play a key role in helping us operate more efficiently, support our people, and continuously improve the way we work.
This is a strategic leadership role at the heart of the business. Reporting directly to the Directors, you will manage studio operations and support services, including HR, Quality Assurance, Health & Safety, and facilities. You’ll also lead the admin and communications teams, helping maintain high standards across all areas.
Your focus will be both immediate and long-term—ensuring smooth day-to-day running of the practice while helping drive and implement operational improvements that support our team of designers, ecologists, and planners.
