We have an opportunity for a Practice Manager to join the well-established Stirling Central Orthodontics practices, part of the PortmanDentex group.

Our Practice Managers are responsible for providing leadership to practice colleagues (Associates and Employed) to ensure we put patients at the heart of everything we do and to drive practice growth, increase revenue opportunities, and manage the effective day-to-day financial and logistical operations of the practice.

About you

We welcome applications from experienced Dental Practice Managers, who are looking for the next step in their career. Experience in orthodontics is essential.

You will also have experience in the following:

  • Experience working with financial records, including P&L, KPIs, and budget planning
  • Experience managing a team, including knowledge of HR processes and compliance
  • The ability to communicate effectively with the team and lead with a positive, proactive approach
