An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious individual with primary care experience who is willing to join an expanding medical group operating across various health boards in Scotland. The role involves managing practices in the Ayrshire/Glasgow area.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Managing staff across multiple sites
  2. Implementing and standardizing protocols across all sites
  3. Conducting 1:1s and staff appraisals
  4. Collaborating with health boards to produce reports and address queries
  5. Traveling to different GP sites
  6. Recruiting staff, conducting interviews, and handling contractual discussions
  7. Addressing HR queries from staff
  8. Reviewing rotas and arranging clinical cover for short-staffed days
