Role Overview

Reporting to the Area Manager, the Practice Manager role combines patient care and commercial focus. The role involves leading and developing the pharmacy team, ensuring excellent patient experience, safety, and compliance with GPhC standards. Support is available from regional and head office teams.

Working hours are 44 hours per week on a 2-week rolling rota, including weekends and evenings.

Candidate Profile

We seek a dedicated, fully qualified pharmacist registered with GPhC, experienced in delivering NHS and private services, capable of managing a team, and motivated to achieve results. Applicants must possess a valid GPhC registration, right to work in the UK, and relevant safeguarding qualifications. DBS checks and enrollment in the update service are required.
