Job Description

Our Client is a corporately owned practice seeking a Practice Manager to join their team on a part-time basis, working 25 hours per week.

The role offers flexible working across two locations.

The practice operates with a supportive team environment and is committed to delivering exceptional care to patients and clients while fostering a positive workplace culture.

The Practice Manager will be responsible for commercial management, leading day-to-day operations and team development, overseeing rota planning, recruitment, colleague engagement, and promoting the practice within the local community. They will work closely with the Lead Vet and Regional Operations Director to maximise commercial performance and ensure compliance with regulatory and operational standards.

The ideal candidate will have experience in practice management or a similar setting, a strong understanding of exceptional client care, proven commercial acumen, and excellent leadership and coaching skills. Familiarity with regulatory compliance and resource planning is essential, alongside proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong analytical abilities.
