Qualifications

• Expérience antérieure dans un rôle de gestion, idéalement en soins dentaires ou en santé.
• Capacité à diriger une équipe et à prendre des décisions au niveau commercial.

You'll be joining us at our Gosforth Practice in Newcastle.

Working hours are full time 40 hours .

Your future in the Gosforth practice:

• 8 surgery practice which is due to be extended to 9 surgeries.
• Offering a variety of NHS and Private treatments including cosmetic, implants and clear aligners.
• Managing a large, friendly and supportive team
• On site parking, close to public transport routes and local amenities.

Your future, your role

As a Practice Manager, you'll be:

• Driving your practice's performance with set objectives, including providing outstanding patient care, meeting financial targets, and managing budgets
• Leading a team of practice support employees, including dental nurses and receptionists, and engaging with self-employed clinicians whilst you manage the contractual relationship
• Managing compliance and meeting the requirements of our regulators
• Interpreting financial data including profit and loss accounts to make commercial decisions
