You'll be joining us at our Llandudno Practice in a part-time and permanent role.

Your future in our Llandudno practice

• 32 Hours per week over 4 days - flexible on days, however, 1 of the 4 days must include a Tuesday
• Based in a beautiful location next to the sea, close to the train station and local transport routes with on-site parking
• The practice currently offers a mix of NHS and Private treatments and with 6 surgeries there is excellent potential to grow the private revenue even further
• We are looking for a commercially minded manager to drive practice growth ideally with a background in dentistry or healthcare management

As a Practice Manager, you'll be:

• Driving your practice's performance with set objectives, including providing outstanding patient care, meeting financial targets, and managing budgets
• Leading a team of practice support employees, including dental nurses and receptionists, and engaging with self-employed clinicians whilst you manage the contractual relationship
• Managing compliance and meeting the requirements of our regulators
• Interpreting financial data including profit and loss accounts to make commercial decisions
