PortmanDentex is seeking an experienced Practice Manager to lead two private dental practices in Burton-on-Trent and Swadlincote. The role offers either part-time (3 days/week) or full-time, Monday–Friday, with hours ranging from 26 to 40 per week and an hourly rate of £18 based on experience.
You will oversee teams, financials, and operations, ensuring high service standards and regulatory compliance across both sites, with on-site parking and collaborative support from the operations team.
Due to our wonderful Practice Manager moving into retirement following 20 years with the company, we are looking for an experienced people-focused dual or single site, Practice Manager. This role will be leading our friendly & experienced teams in our beautiful practices in Swadlincote (South Derbyshire) and / or Burton-on-Trent.
This role can be considered as either a full time or part time basis, so get in touch and let us know what works for you!
2 x part time (3 days per week) at either Beaufort Dental Practice, Burton-on-Trent or Hughes & Owen Dental Care, Swadlincote.
Or
1 x full time Monday - Friday, dual site role supporting both practices.
Beaufort Dental practice is a private, well equipped 3 surgery practice offering implants, whitening, smile makeovers, facial aesthetics with free team parking on site.
Hughes & Owen Dental Care is a private 5 surgery practice offering a range of treatments including Invisalign, implants & whitening, with free team parking on site.
Please note that as part of your role, you’ll be the Registered Manager for this practice.
