About the role and practice

If you're a patient-focused Practice Manager looking for a rewarding role in a friendly and professional environment, consider Abingdon - Peachcroft Orthodontics.

This is a full-time position, 37.5 hours per week, with flexibility to discuss a 4-day workweek.

Typical shifts are Monday 0900-1800, Tuesday 0830-1700, Wednesday 0900-1700, Thursday 0830-1700, and Friday 0900-1630.

At this specialist Orthodontic practice, you'll work alongside an expert clinical team and support staff to deliver exceptional private care. Abingdon - Peachcroft Orthodontics is part of PortmanDentex, comprising approximately 70 specialist orthodontic practices, making us a leading provider in the UK.

About you

We welcome applications from candidates with management experience in dental, healthcare, or commercial settings (e.g., retail or hospitality).

Experience with financial records, including P&L, KPIs, and budget planning, is essential.

Management experience, including HR processes and compliance, is required.

You should be able to communicate effectively and lead your team with a positive, proactive approach.
