If you're a patient-focused Practice Manager looking for a rewarding role in a friendly and professional environment, consider joining Abingdon - Peachcroft Orthodontics.

• Full-time, 37.5 hours per week. Open to discussion on 4 days per week.
• Typical shifts: Monday 0900-1800, Tuesday 0830-1700, Wednesday 0900-1700, Thursday 0830-1700, Friday 0900-1630.

About You

We welcome your application if you have management experience within a dental, healthcare, or commercial setting (e.g., retail/hospitality).

• Experience working with financial records, including P&L, KPIs, and budget planning.
• Experience managing a team, including knowledge of HR processes and compliance.
• Effective communication skills and a positive, proactive leadership approach.
