We are looking for a talented and experienced Senior Account Manager with a background in consumer campaigns and press office accounts.

Please note this is a hybrid role, meaning a mix of working from home and our offices in London.

What You Will Do
  • Lead and manage campaign and press office clients, communicating effectively within the team and with clients.
  • Understand your clients’ business objectives and identify opportunities to upsell reactive ideas to support account growth.
  • Have a strong media understanding, create newsworthy copy, and enjoy the thrill of a sell-in.
  • Maintain a network of national, consumer, and lifestyle contacts, and stay informed about culture, media movements, and press-worthy talent and influencers.
  • Proven track record in managing successful accounts, exceeding KPIs, delivering presentations, and managing client relationships and finances.
  • Experience working with and managing influencers for PR campaigns and supporting new business pitches.
  • Work across various PR-first clients, with details shared during the interview process.
Requirements
  • Deep interest in culture, trends, and the media landscape to develop award-winning campaigns.
  • Strong media relationships and a passion for gaining coverage.
  • Organized, solutions-driven, with a flair for reactive ideas.
  • Understanding of the creator economy, influencer roles, and social media in PR.
  • Flexibility, teamwork, and mentorship qualities to motivate and inspire juniors.
  • Willingness to share knowledge and learn within the team.
  • Strong consumer PR experience.
