An exciting opportunity to join a high-growth, entrepreneurial business that works with some of the most disruptive and desirable brands in the prestige beauty space. Supporting brands across skincare, haircare, and grooming categories, this company is more than a distributor—they act as a true brand partner, delivering end-to-end support across sales, marketing, logistics, compliance, and more.

As Senior Sales Account Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving both sell-in and sell-out growth across leading retailers in the UK and Europe. This is a chance to work in a fast-paced environment with real influence and visibility. Reporting to the Head of Sales, you’ll take ownership of account performance, build long-term retail partnerships, and lead commercial strategies to help brands thrive in a competitive market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive YoY sell-out growth and achieve monthly sell-in targets through demand planning and fulfillment.
  • Build accurate forecasts for core SKUs, seasonal launches, and NPD.
  • Lead retailer investment planning, budget control, and account financial health, including overdue resolution.
  • Secure commercial gains through annual contract negotiations and manage tester/collateral allocations efficiently.
  • Create and execute tailored commercial strategies aligned with brand growth goals.
  • Win NPD listings with strong launch activation and retail support.
  • Champion retail excellence across VM, online merchandising, and stock availability.
  • Build trusted retailer partnerships and manage joint business plans with precision.
  • Analyse SKU/category performance to drive data-led decisions and strategy.
  • Deliver confident monthly performance reviews to internal and brand stakeholders.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure aligned execution across sales, ops, PR, and brand.
  • Monitor brand rankings, competitor activity, and in-store/online visibility to identify growth opportunities.
