How you’ll make a difference

You will make a difference by :

  • Shaping PR & Communications Strategy – Partner with the Senior Marketing Director to create and execute a dynamic PR and communications strategy, setting inspiring goals, managing budgets, and rolling out exciting initiatives that make a difference.
  • Leading PR Execution & Building Media Relationships – Take charge of our PR efforts, building strong media relationships and ensuring that Bitmovin’s story is featured in top industry publications.
  • Supporting ABM Initiatives – Oversee the planning, development, and delivery of targeted Account‑Based Marketing (ABM) campaign content, collaborating cross‑functionally to ensure alignment and effectiveness.
  • Crafting Executive Communications – Bring your expertise to refine communications for our executives, including newsletters and thought leadership pieces, helping them share their vision and connect with our audience.
  • Owning Awards & Recognition – Spearhead our awards program by identifying opportunities, writing compelling submissions, and managing deadlines to ensure Bitmovin’s achievements are recognised far and wide.
  • Championing Brand Messaging & Consistency – Be the voice of Bitmovin’s brand, ensuring our messaging remains clear, consistent, and impactful across all channels, while helping shape our identity as an industry leader.
  • Creating Compelling PR Content – Develop engaging press and media materials, such as news releases, byline articles, and other PR assets, telling the Bitmovin story in creative and attention‑grabbing ways.
  • Creating Compelling Content for Lead Gen – Work closely with the wider marketing team to develop and optimise lead gen assets, including creatives and messaging for paid social campaigns and email nurture sequences.
  • Telling Powerful Customer Stories – Collaborate with internal teams and customers to create inspiring written and video case studies, ensuring our launches resonate with audiences and highlight our solutions’ impact.
  • Driving Social Media Advocacy & Engagement – Lead our social media advocacy program, managing both organic and paid LinkedIn campaigns to expand Bitmovin’s reach, boost brand visibility, and generate valuable leads.
  • Optimising Campaign Performance – Monitor and evaluate the success of communications campaigns, analyse insights, and continuously improve strategies to drive even greater results.
What you will bring :
  • Strategic PR & Marketing Expertise – Proven experience in PR, communications, or marketing—ideally in a B2B tech or SaaS environment. Skilled at aligning PR and communication efforts with broader business goals to drive growth.
  • Media Relations & Networking – Strong ability to develop and maintain media relationships in key industry verticals, securing valuable coverage and building the brand’s presence.
  • Creative Storytelling & Content Creation – Exceptional writing and editing skills, with a talent for crafting compelling stories, press releases, and PR materials that resonate with target audiences.
  • Social Media Advocacy & Campaign Management – Experience managing social media programmes, including running organic and paid LinkedIn campaigns to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
  • Organisational & Project Management Skills – Highly organised and detail‑oriented, with the ability to proactively manage multiple projects and deadlines while ensuring smooth execution.
  • Adaptability & Strategic Thinking – A strategic mindset with the ability to think creatively and adapt in a fast‑paced environment, while aligning efforts to achieve overarching business and marketing goals.
