Job summary

Equans is seeking a PPM Works Coordinator for the Southern Water contract, based in Worthing. This full-time role (40 hours/week) offers a salary of £30,908.21 with a comprehensive benefits package.

You will coordinate PPMs with contract teams and contractors, ensuring timely allocations and HS460 documentation before confirmations with FPMs. Responsibilities include weekly and monthly PPM checks, Planon management, weekly reporting to the client, and allocating 3,500 PPMs monthly.

Qualifications

• Experience using CAFM systems, preferably Planon.
• Proficient with Excel and Outlook.
• Strong communication and teamwork.
• Customer-focused and able to prioritise workload.

Responsibilities

• Check/Chase/Close Weekly PPMs and document engineers comments.
• Check/Chase/Close Monthly PPMs and update RM’s notes.
• Ensure current month PPMs are assigned and tracked in Planon.
• Process HS460 documentation and log using Planon.
• Request weekly schedules from Sub-Contractors and prepare client reports.
• Allocate next month PPMs and maintain compliance trackers.
