Job summary

Sweco UK is seeking a Planner to take ownership of project plans for the Anglian Water @one Alliance AMP8 programme. You will drive the Delivery Team to meet the plan, challenge delays, and contribute to efficient, collaborative planning across a multi-disciplinary team.

Role requires P6 experience and proven ability to interpret drawings, coordinate resources, and communicate complex information under deadlines. Hybrid working options available within the region.

Qualifications

• Experience in civil engineering projects, preferably water sector.
• Ability to lead collaborative planning processes and interrogate drawings.
• Strong communication skills for stakeholders and teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain robust project plans for Delivery Team according to @one requirements.
• Ensure plans capture full scope and loaded resources.
• Identify opportunities/risks, monitor critical path, advise changes and mitigation.
• Develop 4D animations of the project plan for digital rehearsal.
• Design and implement effective communication plans across teams.
• Maintain planning standards and published processes.
• Uphold Health & Safety standards in planning activities.
