Job summary

Allscreens Nationwide Ltd in Glasgow is seeking an FM Helpdesk Advisor focused on Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM). The role requires precise scheduling, accurate data entry in Joblogic CAFM, and strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.

You'll manage calendars, coordinate engineers and subcontractors, maintain compliance with SLA, and generate audit trails with certification and service reports.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM).
• Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Strong calendar and stakeholder coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Accurately log and schedule all PPM activities in Joblogic in line with contractual and statutory requirements.
• Maintain and manage the PPM calendar with foresight and resource confirmation.
• Track PPM completion within SLA and escalate where necessary.
• Coordinate engineer and subcontractor attendance, ensuring access, permits and documentation.
• Ensure full audit trail with certification and service reports uploaded in Joblogic.
