Job summary

HSL Compliance Limited, based in Ross-on-Wye, is seeking a Power Platform Operational Support Coordinator to manage administration of Microsoft Power Platform, provide first-line support, and oversee data governance for the business. You will enable accurate data structures, permissions, and onboarding for new starters while supporting field engineers remotely.

Qualifications

• Experience administering business platforms and managing operational data.
• Proven ability to resolve data inconsistencies and maintain data accuracy.
• Prior experience providing helpdesk or app support to field-based teams.

Responsibilities

• Create, amend, and validate records across the Power Platform to support scheduling and invoicing.
• Conduct proactive data reviews to identify duplicates or missing records.
• Assist with client setups by configuring portals, pricing, assets, and sites.
• Provide remote and telephone support to field engineers with PDAs or app access.
• Configure, test, and deploy PDAs and app permissions for new starters.
