Job summary

XAD Technologies is seeking a results-driven Business Development Executive for a hybrid/remote UK role. You will identify opportunities, build client relationships, and drive revenue through collaboration with sales and marketing teams.

The ideal candidate has a business-focused degree, 2–3 years in BD or sales (tech preferred), strong communication and negotiation skills, and a willingness to travel as needed. This is a full-time position with growth potential within the company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the technology industry.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
• Self-motivated and results-driven with a strong business acumen.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Willingness to travel for business purposes, as needed.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and other lead generation methods & Business.
• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand their needs and preferences.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective strategies for business growth.
• Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to clients, showcasing our products and services.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential threats and opportunities for the company.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
