Job summary

Balfour Beatty plc in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead major power cabling projects across the transmission and distribution network. You will manage multidisciplinary teams, drive safety, quality and delivery, and build strong relationships with clients and supply chain partners.

From planning through to handover, you will optimise programmes, budgets and risk management, ensuring zero harm and project success.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering complex infrastructure projects in power transmission & distribution.
• Strong leadership and ability to motivate multidisciplinary teams.
• Proven track record in managing budgets, programmes, risks and procurement.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of major power cabling projects from inception to handover.
• Manage multidisciplinary project teams and maintain a safe working environment.
• Maintain project governance, reporting and controls, ensuring programme and budget adherence.
• Develop and manage project programmes, budgets, resources and delivery strategies.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders and supply chain partners.
• Oversee procurement, design, construction and commissioning activities.
