Job summary

Balfour Beatty plc is seeking an experienced Cabling Site Supervisor to lead day-to-day supervision of cabling activities across UK projects. You will oversee site operatives, subcontractors and construction tasks, ensuring work is safe, on time and quality standards are met.

Join a team delivering critical energy infrastructure with a focus on Zero Harm culture, continuous improvement and collaboration with Site Engineers, Project Managers and delivery teams.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising high-voltage cable installation projects.
• Experience implementing and managing safe systems of work.
• Strong health, safety and environmental knowledge on construction sites.

Responsibilities

• Supervise cabling activities and site teams to ensure safe, efficient delivery.
• Lead daily briefings, toolbox talks and workforce coordination.
• Implement and monitor safe systems of work, risk assessments and method statements.
