Job summary

Civic Recruitment Limited is recruiting a Business Intelligence and Performance Officer in Rugby, United Kingdom. This 3-6 month contract role offers a daily rate of £350 under an umbrella arrangement, with hybrid working on a 37.5 hour week.

You will deliver BI, performance management and reporting services to equip managers and senior leaders with timely, accurate data for operational, financial and strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• Degree-level education or equivalent professional experience in BI, data analytics or related field.
• Experience in BI, performance management, reporting or MI.
• Proven ability to create dashboards and BI reports.
• Experience supporting transformation or improvement programs.
• Ability to translate data into actionable insights for managers and senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Design and sustain dashboards, scorecards, and MI reports using BI tools.
• Generate regular and ad-hoc reports for managers, senior teams and regulators.
• Analyze operational, financial and performance data to spot trends and risks.
• Present complex data insights in a clear, accessible way for decision making.
• Track KPIs and service performance metrics.
