Job summary

You will transform complex data into actionable insights, present findings to senior leaders, identify trends and risks, and become a trusted SME in performance and data.

Qualifications

• Experience in Adult Social Care and Housing.
• Extensive experience with large, complex datasets.
• Proven ability to produce MIS reports, dashboards and performance reports.
• Experience supporting senior stakeholders with analytical insights.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate analytical activities within assigned service areas.
• Interpret complex datasets and present meaningful insights to support decision-making.
• Identify trends, risks, and opportunities through robust analysis.
• Develop understanding of allocated service areas as SME in performance and data.
